Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination, typically ranging from 3 to 10 business days.

Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs. However, if your package is significantly delayed, please contact us—we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within France and select international locations. If your region isn’t available at checkout, feel free to contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
